SHIPPING INFORMATION

MITI SHOES online store orders are sent via Brazilian Post Office (Correios). Freight is automatically calculated on the website. This calculation takes into account the place of delivery (i.e. Zip code), order value, weight and cubage of products.

There are two ways orders are shipped: via PAC (Standard) - delivery period between 10 and 15 business days after the date of shipment; and SEDEX (Express), with an average delivery time of 48 hours for Brazilian capitals and 72 hours for other towns in Brazil. Shippings are only made upon order confirmation. Brazilian Post Office offers delivery coverage throughout national territory via PAC and main cities via SEDEX.


International Shipping

MITI SHOES online store orders outside Brazil are sent through Brazilian Post Office (Correios) via Leve Internacional. Time of delivery depends from country to country.

Refund of return products due to right of retraction or purchase withdrawal can happen under the following conditions: up to 07 (seven) calendar days from the date you received the merchandise. The product must be unworn and returned in its original packaging with the electronic invoice (Nota Fiscal) and all accessories. Exchange policy

Exchanges of purchases (sizes or models) can take place under the following conditions: up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date you receive the merchandise. The product must be unworn and returned in its original packaging with the electronic invoice (Nota Fiscal) and all accessories.
